  • Payment data: handled by regulated payment gateways; we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use your information

  • Setting up, billing, and supporting your broadband connection.
  • Meeting our regulatory obligations under the Indian Telegraph Act, the IT Act, TRAI directives, and DoT licence conditions.
  • Sending you transactional SMS/email/WhatsApp about your account, recharges, downtime, or grievance status.
  • Improving network reliability and the quality of our service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with: (a) law-enforcement and regulators when legally required, (b) our payment gateway for transactions, (c) our installation/support technicians strictly to deliver service to you, and (d) infrastructure partners under written confidentiality.

4. Retention

Customer KYC, billing, and CDR/log data are retained for the period mandated by applicable Indian laws (typically up to 2 years for traffic logs, and as long as required for tax/audit purposes for billing data).
