Quick troubleshooting

Before raising a ticket, try these — fixes most issues in under a minute.

  1. Check the ONT/router lights. All lights should be steady. A blinking red LOS light usually means a fibre cut at your end — call us.
  2. Restart the router. Switch off, wait 30 seconds, switch on. Wait 2 minutes for full boot.
  3. Reconnect Wi-Fi. Forget the network on your phone/laptop and reconnect with your password.
  4. Try a wired connection. If wired works but Wi-Fi doesn’t, the issue is local Wi-Fi (not our line).
  5. Check your plan validity. Log in at user.wcbroadband.in — if expired, recharge to restore service.
