Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms govern your use of WeConnect Broadband broadband, OTT, and related services provided by WCB Network Private Limited (CIN U64200MH2022PTC389672, GSTIN 27AADCW3579J1ZS). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms. The full PDF version is also available.
1. Eligibility & KYC
You must be 18+ and provide valid KYC as required by DoT/TRAI. We may refuse service if KYC is incomplete or fraudulent.
2. Service quality
Speeds are advertised as "up to" the plan rating on a best-effort basis. Actual throughput may vary based on Wi-Fi, distance, device, congestion, and shared infrastructure. We aim for 99.5%+ monthly uptime in our coverage zones.
3. Billing & payments
- All plans are prepaid; service is provisioned only against confirmed payment.
- GST at the prevailing rate (18% as of effective date) is included in the listed plan price.
- If a plan is not renewed by its expiry, service is suspended automatically and resumes on recharge.
- Long-term plans labelled 6+1 and 12+2 mean an additional 1 or 2 free months on top of the paid 6 or 12 months.
4. Equipment
The ONT/router and any equipment supplied remain the property of WCB Network Private Limited unless purchased outright. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost. A refundable security deposit may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the service for unlawful purposes, spamming, network attacks, unauthorised resale, or activities prohibited under Indian law (including the IT Act, Indian Telegraph Act, and DoT directives). Violations may lead to immediate suspension and reporting to authorities.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, KYC failure, abuse, fraud, or regulatory direction. You may cancel any time per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the prepaid amount unutilised on your account. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Grievance redressal
Complaints are addressed per TRAI norms (3 working days standard, 30 days appellate). Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority details are listed on our Grievance Redressal page.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vasai/Palghar, Maharashtra.
